In establishing the business a few years ago, Timea put on the line a stable job at a large corporation. It paid off. Demanding, with a hands on approach, she remains involved in all operational areas on a daily basis: from winning new clients and keeping in touch with existing ones, through personnel management and translations to accounts and admin. Customer Service Manager

Iwona has been with the company right from the outset. She manages relations with BALAJCZA customers and translators, highly appreciated for her professional and personal approach. Iwona’s independence, willingness to learn and ability to make decisions are key in the day to day running of the business.

Customer Service and Administration Specialist

Małgorzata has been with BALAJCZA from the beginning. She is responsible for telephone marketing and chasing up overdue payments, tasks made easier by the fact that she knows how to listen to others, has a knack for striking a rapport, and is very direct.
